We understand the importance of getting a high level of contribution from every individual within an organization. To help clients develop the competencies of their employees, we provide customized workshops and training modules designed to make a client’s staff and supervisors more effective. SupportLinc training programs are divided into two broad categories:

  • Topical training - Explore modules on more than 90 subjects, allowing clients to use us as their own private organizational development resource. All modules are customized to meet a client’s training objectives.

  • Benefit training - Through benefit training, our trainers will provide a client’s staff and supervisors with the tools and knowledge to utilize the EAP and/or wellness programs most effectively.
